Interpretation
David Mendez: This heatmap represents the time it takes for the operator to send the call from the time he or she receives the call to where unit responds. More clearly: the value is the time that it takes for the department to respond depending on the Neighborhood and the Final Call Dispoision. The Neighborhoods choosen were choosen becasue of their rank as the higher ranked neighborhoods based on population. This visualization shows that there isnt a real pattern when it comes to the respond times based on the final call disposition, however it does look like the respond times are affected by the neighborhoods somewhat more
